What the question is asking

Item 55 asks whether you have been nude or partially nude in a photograph. It covers you as the subject rather than as the sender, which is what separates it from item 54, and it says nothing about who took the photo or who has seen it.

Where people disagree about what counts

"Partially nude" is very broad and undefined. Read strictly it could include swimwear or a changing-room photo, which almost nobody intends. Most takers read the item in a sexual context, consistent with the rest of the checklist, and exclude ordinary photographs.

The test is self-scored and nobody else ever sees your answer, so the only thing that matters is applying one reading consistently across the whole checklist.

Does a swimwear photo count as partially nude?

Almost nobody counts it. The item is read in the sexual context of the surrounding checklist, so ordinary beach or changing-room photos are excluded.

Does it matter who took the photo?

No. The item names nobody, so a photo you took of yourself and one taken by someone else count identically.

Does it matter whether anyone saw it?

No. Item 55 is about the photo existing. Item 54 covers sending or receiving explicit images.
